these cases are from the 1940's - they were used by a family member traveling to college. both cases are apprimately 20" x 11" x 5 1/2" one case is aluminum one case is a brown colored thin hardboard type material (this case has a vintage Purdue sticker on the bottom) both cases are very sturdy both cases have tie down straps for the lid. $30 for the aluminum $15 for the brown hardboard
