By using Grabbit, you agree to these terms. We have kept them clear and straightforward.

1. Using Grabbit
You may use Grabbit as long as you:
- Are at least 13 years of age
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Do not attempt to hack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
2. Your Account
Creating an account lets you save searches, bookmark listings, and set persistent preferences. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Grabbit offers optional paid plans that unlock features such as search notifications.
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis at the interval shown at the time of purchase.
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Payments are processed by a third-party provider. We do not store your full payment credentials.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Active subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
4. Third-Party Marketplaces & Affiliate Links
Grabbit displays listings from Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, Depop, and Mercari.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party listings.
- Some results may include affiliate links. Clicking one and making a purchase may earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you.
- Your interactions with third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and policies.
5. Intellectual Property
The Grabbit name, logo, code, and original content are our property and may not be copied, redistributed, or rehosted without permission. Listings and marketplace data belong to their respective third-party sources.
6. Limitation of Liability
Grabbit is provided "as is." While we work to keep the service running smoothly:
- We cannot guarantee that listings are always accurate or available.
- We are not liable for purchases, disputes, or decisions made based on third-party listings.
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions or downtime.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. If your account is terminated, any active paid subscription will be cancelled.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of Grabbit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
