This is a beautiful formal dress by Forever Yours. It doesn't have a size in it, but it should fit a LITTLE GIRL size 8-10 I think :) It has a built-in petticoat, satin liner and organza on top of that. It's pretty poofy. There is a small faint smudge on the bottom of the dress, not too bad though.
