The lamp is 23 1/4" height X 11 1/2" width from the outer edge of the lamp shade to the center of the stand. The lamp is made of steel with a bronze tone finish. The shade is 7" diameter at it's widest point, and is made of glass with a frosted swirls design. The shade is adjustable form side to side. Weighs 7 pounds 12 ounces. Very good working and cosmetic condition. No cracks, chips, broken or missing parts. See photo's
