The couch is a sleeper with leather seating surfaces. It has wear on the vinyl below the seat cushions. Otherwise very good. $125. This is a heavy construction couch with a quality sleeper component. Paid over $1500. The sleeper was never used. The couch is comfortable and looks and smells fine (no pets). It is far better than the smelly fabric cheapos abounding the used market. Maybe a cover straight across beneath the cushions? Two side tables. $125 for both. Very nice condition and quality...
