There are 6 small sets, 3 medium sets, 1 large set and 1 large lego knock off set (the big house) Some of them are missing maybe 1-3 pieces, but mostly it is things like flowers or bows. All the instruction books have the missing pieces circled and other missing pieces are mostly standard sized blocks.
