$1100 Authentic Byzantine gold solidus from the reign of Heraclius with Constantine and Heraclonas (AD 632–641). Struck in high-purity gold (~4.43g). Classic three-figure obverse and cross-on-steps reverse. Encapsulated and attributed (VF) with noted graffiti. Strong historical piece with solid detail and good eye appeal for the type. Ancient coins are hand-struck and often show irregularities—this is normal. Great example of early Byzantine gold coinage.
