Takes some time to turn on and you have to press the side power button at least 2-3 times to start up. When you first see the DELL symbol on the black screen you have to then go and press the power button again, it will turn off, press it again and it will come on and load like normal. When the screen loads you will see a message stating what's wrong with the battery! Laptop does sometimes make a low rumble/error crashing sound and gets warm for a few seconds here & there then quiets & cools down WELCOME TO BUY BUT DONT ACCEPT ANY AUTOMATIC OFFERS SENT TO YOU!
