Super comfortable couch! Selling because we’ve decided to get a larger sofa. Pick up near GMU. Features: – 100% leather with top grain leather in all seating/arm areas with matching split leather on outside panels – Lumbar Support – Seating Suspension with high strength steel wire seat springs, doubled at the arms – All sides fully padded – Solid wood legs – Dimensions: 86.6″ L x 40″ W x 36.6″ H Good condition. Purchased from Costco for double the price. Small scratch on the back corner of the couch (see 4th picture) that could likely be fixed with some polish and leather stain - not visible if positioned against a wall. Serious inquiries only.
