JBL

$100.00
Seattle, WA

Description

It’s a really good JBL speaker. It’s rare to find something this good; it’s excellent for use around water. I just bought it a month ago for $250 in fred meyer plus tax.The JBL Charge 5 is the next generation of the JBL Charge 4. It is a portable Bluetooth speaker designed to let you enjoy your favorite music wherever you go—whether moving from room to room or heading outdoors to the park. Its IP67 dust and water resistance rating protects the internal drivers; additionally, it grants you access to sound customization tools via the JBL Portable app. Unlike the Charge 4, you can pair it with other PartyBoost-compatible speakers to fill the entire room with sound. The JBL Charge 5 offers a decent listening experience for music. Thanks to its balanced mid-range, it reproduces vocals and lead instruments with clarity and detail. Consequently, it is suitable for listening to a wide variety of musical genres, and its graphic equalizer allows you to fine-tune the sound to your personal taste. However, as a compact speaker, it does not deliver particularly powerful, deep bass. Pros Fantastic battery life. Balanced mid-range. Cons Two units are required for stereo sound. Compression artifacts at maximum volume.
