OfferUpArkveld apex 1 e-bikes are usually 1500 brand new the reason why this one is so cheap is because it needs work the tourqe arms keep slipping and it does not come with a battery and their is no grips or throttle and the gear cable is broken other then that all is good and I can give you the front plate with turn signals if you wish to buy.
