The window needs to be replaced. 1 window will cost more to replace than the entire cost of regular cleaning. Common window cleaning methods leave streaks and almost always leave friction on the glass, which actually attracts more dirt, causing them to become dirty much faster than a professional cleaning with the proper tools. Prices are as follows: Window glass cleaning (does not include thorough cleaning of window tracks) is $220 minimum. Roofs (clearing debris)$225 minimum. Moss treatments (zinc sulfate powder) are $220 minimum. Gutters (including clearing of blockages, if there are any, at top of downspout and flushing of downspouts if necessary) are $250 minimum.
