Class 3 premium eBike - 32mph, Mid-drive Motor, 700W Battery

$2,200.00
Seattle, WA

Description

Selling this Class 3 electric mountain bike, which is the highest and most powerful type of e-bike. It was lovingly custom-built with one of the highest-end motors, batteries, and controllers that you can get. This e-bike is built with a Luna Cycle BBS02 electric kid, which has a motor with 5 pedal-assisted motor speeds. At level 5 you can go up to 32 mph, which is actually faster than what’s even legal. The perks of a custom build! Or use the throttle and never pedal at all. It’s a mid-drive motor which means it’s a high-end motor that has lower maintenance costs, a smoother ride, easier maneuvering, and more efficient battery life than the cast majority of bikes that have a hub motor. This makes it superior to the vast majority of e-bikes you’ll see sold such as Rad Power bikes. Has a 52V / 700 Watt Panasonic battery, which is the highest voltage you’d see on an e-bike and thus the most efficient. It’s a removable battery, which makes charging much more convenient. The battery alone costs $600 new. Comes with the charger. You should get ~55 miles per charge depending on speed. Display shows speed, distance, assist, battery level, and more. Bike specs: - Shimano mechanical disc brakes, new chain. - 3x8-speed drivetrain = 24 speeds total when pedaling manually - Aluminum frame - 27.5” tires, 15” (small) frame - 80mm travel suspension fork See images for more specs. Comes with kickstand and all original owners manuals. Fender not included. Ridden lightly and well-cared for over the last 2 years. It looks great, with only a couple of small cosmetic scratches here and there. It had yearly tune-ups, was only ridden to commute on pavement, not used in rain. No rust, squeaks, etc. I am the original owner. We can meet up to test-ride it at Seattle University. Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App only.
