1980's Fuji 12-speed road bike, fits 5'7~5'10, total refurb!

$250.00
Portland, OR

Description

I'm selling a Fuji "Palisade" 12-speed road bike from back in the day (1980's for sure, just not sure of the exact year). The bike has an Ishiwata steel frame and fork, and the frame size is 21" (54cm), with a standover height of 31.5". If you're between 5'7" and 5'10" or so, the bike should be a good fit for you. The bike is mostly stock, and has the original 27" wheels with Araya 27x1-1/4" aluminum rims. The kenda K35 tires (27" x 1-1/4") and the 27" tubes are brand new. The bike has Shimano Exage LX downtube-mounted shifters, and Shimano Exage derailleurs. The bike has just been completely refurbished, so everything is in good working condition and no repairs are needed. In addition to the new tires + tubes, a new chain and new cables and housing were installed. Also, the old-school cup-and-cone bottom bracket was replaced with a Shimano cartridge-style bottom bracket (not new, but in excellent condition). I'm selling the bike for $250 (firm, and cash only please). I'm not really interested in any lower offers at this time, so please no haggling over the price. Please message me if you have any questions, or if you would like to set up a time to meet up so you can check out the bike.
